Advice is given only in writing, under an agreed engagement, and only to the client named in that engagement.

Indicative pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting points to help you budget. They are not quotations and do not form an offer. A binding price is confirmed in a written proposal following a scoping conversation.

Our services

Consultancy work is governed by the engagement letter and terms of business issued for that instruction. Where anything in those documents conflicts with these website terms, the engagement documents prevail. We provide independent advisory, inspection and documentation services; we are not the appointed principal contractor, principal designer or duty holder on your project unless expressly appointed in writing.

Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for your own statutory duties, including those under health and safety and food safety legislation.
• Any recommendations we make require you to implement them; we cannot be responsible for outcomes where advice is not followed.
• Information you give us must be accurate and complete — our findings depend on it.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, wording and design of this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of it without our written permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we give no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Governing law
