Who we are

Pravise Ltd, trading as PRAVISE ("we", "us"), operates this website and acts as the data controller for personal data submitted through it. Our trading address is The Hub, Westwood Business Park, Strasbourg St, Westwood, Margate, Kent CT9 4JJ. What we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, email address, telephone number, location and project information you enter into our contact form or send us by email or phone.
• Call bookings — if you book a free consultation, the name, email address, phone number and short description you enter on our Google Calendar booking page. Google provides that page as part of our Google Workspace account.
• Engagement records — information needed to deliver our services, including site details, documentation and correspondence.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Visit counts — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the page you arrived from and your device type, so we know which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify or profile you.

We do not run advertising scripts on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors. We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us unsolicited.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver our services and issue reports — performance of a contract.
• To keep records of inspections and advice — legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations, including our professional and insurance requirements.
• To keep the website secure and available — legitimate interests, using server log data only.
• To understand which pages are useful, using anonymous visit counts — legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary: with our hosting and email providers so the website and our correspondence function; with Google, which runs our email, calendar and call booking page under our Google Workspace account; with Cloudflare, which counts website visits for us without cookies; with professional advisers or insurers where required; and with regulators or other parties where we are legally obliged to do so. Our processors act on our instructions under written terms.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become engagements — up to 12 months.
• Engagement and inspection records — six years from the end of the engagement, or longer where a professional, insurance or legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, use the contact page and tell us which right you are exercising. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would ask you to raise it with us first.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control and limited retention. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information by unencrypted email.
